Your Training

Our comprehensive training programme is designed to give you all the skills and knowledge you need to run your own successful Yum! Curries business. This will include all the ins-and-outs of business operations, of course, but also how to bring the right attitude and customer service skills to your new restaurant.

Initial training takes part over 4 weeks, with the first week based in a classroom environment at our head office. This will be followed by 3 weeks spent at our flagship restaurant in Brighton where you, or your appointed manager, will gain invaluable skills and experience of the day-to-day operations of a Yum! Curries restaurant.

Training includes:

  • Corporate introduction, Vision and USPs

  • Basic Yum! Curries operational training

  • Team structure and effective recruitment

  • Sales and marketing

  • Effective business management

  • Customer service the Yum! Curries way

  • Being a franchisee – what is expected and good habits

  • What you can expect from us as your franchisor

  • Finance/ P+L management
